Thank you so much! I just downloaded the canning book. Maybe this will be the year I actually get brave enough to try it. My mom’s pantry is to die for…you open it and see dozens of jars of canned goodies. Me, I’m afraid of giving my family ptomaine. But someday, I’ll try it! (Canning, that is, not giving my family ptomaine.)
