Freebie Friday
I don’t know about you all, but I am looking forward to this weekend. I always enjoy getting out with my family and relaxing and having a great time. Maybe some of these freebies will come in handy this weekend!
Here’s the lineup for today:
- Jamin’s freebies this week are all about making your own book with the kids. This sounds pretty interesting. I think I might try it with my own.
- Hands of a Child has a free semi-annual lapbook. Hot Diggety Dog is all about hot dogs. This sounds really neat and I want to learn all about them!
- If you live in southern California and your husband or you are a firefighter: UCLA also announced today that it will offer complimentary tickets to all Southern California Firefighters and their immediate families to the UCLA -San Diego State game this Saturday at 4:30 pm at the Rose Bowl and to the UCLA – Kansas State game scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19 at 7:00 pm at the Rose Bowl. To receive tickets, firefighters may show their ID at the Rose Bowl ticket office on game day or at the UCLA Ticket Office in advance of the games.
- Get a free sample of Zyrtec from the Wal-Mart website.
- Here is a free sample of Emergen-C Multi Vitamin Plus.
- Get a free sample of Fancy Feast cat food.
- Get a free song download from Amazon.
- Border’s is offering free coffee again! I love getting these. It’s my excuse to go the bookstore and sit and read.
- If you are a public or private school teacher, you can get a free can of Clorox wipes for your classroom.
- Get a free Canker Melts canker sore medicine pack from Walgreen’s or Rite Aid. This coupon is only good until September 15th.
- Send a free family portrait to men and women who are deployed overseas.
- Free sample of Exederm lotion. I have used this before and it does a great job in making your skin smooth.
- Get a free sample of Arm and Hammer Whitening toothpaste.
- Here is a link to free homemade Christmas ornament patterns.
-
First 10,000* to respond will receive one free Scrubbing Bubbles® Toilet Cleaning Gel.

Have you ever heard of Swagbucks? I started doing this a while back and I have gotten several free gift cards for Paypal just by doing my normal search stuff. If you sign up with Swagbucks you get five free bucks. It doesn’t take long to rack up many bucks if you do a lot of searching on the internet.
-
The Old Schoolhouse freebies this week are: Forensic Science from Simple Schooling and Internet Scavenger Hunt from Motherboard Books.
-
My friend Ginny who does the writing prompts calendar has her September calendar up. If you download it, leave her a comment letting her know what you think.

Oh, my. Imagine my surprise when I saw your mention of my writing prompts calendar. Thank you so much for sharing. This week has been truly a blessing to me. I am so encouraged to see how many folks are able to use the calendar in there schooldays. It really means a lot to hear from them.
Thank you again, Molly, for spreading the word.
